WOW just had a call from the council - they are going to serve a permenant noise abatement notice tomorrow. That means one complaint and it is bye bye stereo and a big fine...
I almost feel guilty since they have been quiet.
No I don't feel guilty any more they are having a party tonight. Don't think they will be too happy tomorrow...
